Description:

Thermal conductivity is an important physical parameter that characterizes the thermal conductivity of materials. It is one of the thermophysical properties of engineering materials, especially kiln materials. The laser flash method is to calculate the thermal conductivity of materials by directly measuring the thermal diffusivity, specific heat capacity and density of materials.

Product Characteristics :

Ø The specimen and the hot and cold plates can be automatically adjusted in parallel, and the error of non-parallelism on both sides of the specimen is very small.

Ø It can realize two modes of vacuum measurement and protective atmosphere measurement (atmosphere: inert, reducing, static).

Ø It has triple temperature protection to minimize environmental thermal interference.

Ø Multiple mathematical model fitting, accurate pulse width correction and pulse energy integration, heat loss correction, built-in database;

Ø Through mathematical model fitting, heat loss related correction, self-calibration function of thermal conductivity and heating power can be performed.

Ø Advanced control system: it can control the temperature quickly and stably.

Ø Intelligent data processing, fully automatic thermal analysis measurement software system with WINDOWS operation interface, data analysis and report output function. Special analysis and testing software, supporting WINDOWS10 and 64-bit operating system.

Ø It can perform multi-layer contact thermal resistance analysis, and calculate parameters such as thermal resistance and thermal diffusion rate. Using standard samples with known specific heat, the specific heat can be calculated by comparison method.

Ø Integrated electronic equipment, data acquisition rate reaches 2MHz.

Ø Can be connected to a computer for fully automatic control, Chinese operating interface, automatic printing of test reports
